Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 23, 2026
RememberLane exists for one purpose: helping you export your own Facebook photos. We only access the information you explicitly authorize, use it only to complete the export you request, and do not sell, rent, profile, advertise with, or use your photos or account data for any unrelated purpose.
We only use your data for your export
Your Facebook photo data is accessed only when you authorize RememberLane and request an export.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your Facebook photos or personal data for advertising.
Temporary by design
Export files, manifests, and temporary processing data are not intended to be stored permanently.
This Privacy Policy applies to the RememberLane application operated by Latitude Professional Services, LLC (“RememberLane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Who operates RememberLane
RememberLane is operated by Latitude Professional Services, LLC.
Website: https://rememberlane.app
Privacy contact: privacy@latitudeprofessionalservices.com
2. What RememberLane does
RememberLane helps users export their own Facebook uploaded photos to a destination they choose, such as Google Drive or their own computer. The service is intended to be a user-controlled export utility, not a social network, advertising platform, analytics product, or photo-sharing service.
3. Information we may access or process
Depending on how you use RememberLane, we may access or process the following:
- Facebook account information, such as basic profile information needed for login.
- Facebook uploaded photos that you authorize RememberLane to access through Facebook Login.
- Photo metadata, such as photo IDs, available image URLs, and creation dates used to organize your export.
- Google account information, if you choose Google Drive as your export destination.
- Google Drive access, limited to creating or managing files and folders needed for your requested export.
- Payment information, if you purchase a paid export option. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Technical information, such as session information, security logs, error logs, browser information, and information needed to operate and protect the service.
4. Facebook data and permissions
RememberLane requests Facebook permissions only to support the export experience. The primary Facebook permission used by RememberLane is user_photos, which allows the app to access the authenticated user’s uploaded Facebook photos after the user grants permission.
We do not use Facebook photo data to build profiles, target advertising, train AI systems, sell data, or share data with unrelated third parties.
5. How we use your data
We use the data you authorize only for purposes directly related to operating RememberLane:
- Authenticating your account.
- Retrieving the Facebook photos you asked us to export.
- Organizing exported photos by date.
- Saving exported photos to your selected destination.
- Displaying progress and completion information.
- Processing payments for paid export options.
- Maintaining security, preventing abuse, and troubleshooting errors.
6. What we do not do with your data
RememberLane does not:
- Sell your Facebook photos or personal data.
- Use your Facebook photos for advertising.
- Use your Facebook photos for AI training.
- Share your Facebook photos with unrelated third parties.
- Publish your photos publicly.
- Access another user’s Facebook photos through your account.
- Use your data for purposes unrelated to the export you requested.
7. Temporary processing and retention
RememberLane may temporarily process photos, export manifests, progress records, and related files on the server so your export can be completed. This temporary processing is necessary to organize photos, track export progress, and deliver the files to the destination you selected.
Export files, manifests, and temporary downloaded photos are not intended to be stored permanently. Temporary export data is automatically cleaned up, generally within 72 hours.
8. Google Drive exports
If you choose Google Drive as your destination, RememberLane uses Google authorization to create folders and upload exported photos to your Google Drive. RememberLane uses this access only to complete the export you requested.
You can revoke RememberLane’s Google access through your Google Account settings.
9. Local computer exports
If you choose to export photos to your computer, your browser may ask you to select a folder or confirm file-saving permissions. RememberLane uses that permission only to save the exported files you requested.
10. Cookies and session technology
RememberLane uses cookies and similar session technology to keep you signed in, maintain your export session, remember choices you make in the app, support payment unlocks, and protect the service from misuse.
These cookies are used for authentication, security, service functionality, and user-requested workflow continuity. RememberLane does not use cookies to sell your data or build advertising profiles.
11. Payments
Paid export options are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, and transaction information according to its own privacy policy. RememberLane does not store your full credit card number.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including HTTPS, server-side authentication, restricted backend access, cloud provider security controls, dependency monitoring, and operational logging for security and reliability.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but RememberLane is designed around data minimization, temporary processing, and limited access.
13. Data deletion
You may request deletion of temporary export data associated with your use of RememberLane. When deletion is requested, we remove the user’s export jobs, manifests, and temporary export folders from the server, subject to any limited information we may need to retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, or operational logs.
To request deletion, email privacy@latitudeprofessionalservices.com.
14. Revoking Facebook access
You can revoke RememberLane’s access to your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook settings. After access is revoked, RememberLane will no longer be able to retrieve your Facebook photos unless you authorize the app again.
15. Third-party services
RememberLane may use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:
- Meta/Facebook for Facebook Login and photo authorization.
- Google for Google Login, Google Drive exports, hosting, and cloud infrastructure.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- GitHub and related development tools for source control, security monitoring, and maintenance.
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. RememberLane does not authorize these services to use your Facebook photos for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes through RememberLane.
16. Children’s privacy
RememberLane is not intended for children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to RememberLane, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
17. International users
RememberLane is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
If you are located in a region with privacy rights, such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, California, or another U.S. state with privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can contact us at privacy@latitudeprofessionalservices.com to make a privacy request.
18. California and U.S. state privacy rights
