RememberLane Data Deletion Instructions

RememberLane helps users export their Facebook photos to a destination they choose, such as Google Drive or their computer.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your RememberLane account, please email us at:

support@rememberlane.app

Please include the email address or Facebook account information you used to log in so we can identify your request.

What We Delete

Upon request, RememberLane will delete account-related export records, temporary export files, and any stored connection/session data associated with your use of the app.

What We Do Not Delete

RememberLane does not delete photos that have already been saved to your Google Drive or your computer. Those files are under your control.

Processing Time

We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
